Job summary

MITER Brands, a residential window and door producer, seeks a Configuration Specialist IV to own complex configuration, pricing, and integration work across MITER brands. You will manage OneLink mappings, catalog publishing, and tool upgrades while guiding junior team members.

You will collaborate with analysts, manufacturing, engineering and IT to align product knowledge with production requirements and external quoting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years in a Configuration/CPQ/ERP/mfg system role.
• Advanced knowledge of PGT/MI Brands and OneLink.
• VB.NET programming for simple code changes.
• Strong knowledge of BOM structures, EDI, and packaging/configuration requirements.
• Ability to lead and guide junior staff and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own complex configuration, pricing, quoting, EDI, and integration work across MITER brands.
• Support new brands/product lines and pricing changes.
• Create and maintain product lines and pricing structures.
• Update PK catalogs and OneLink installers.
• Guide internal teams and external customers on configuration needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, manufacturing, engineering, and IT to align requirements.
