Job summary

Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking an Oracle ERP Manufacturing IT Product Analyst in Lynnwood, WA. You will own configuration and support for Oracle BOM, Routing, WIP, Costing, Inventory, Quality, MES, and discrete manufacturing modules.

The role requires 7+ years in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor teammates in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing experience (BOM, WIP, Routing, Inventory, Costing).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Oracle interface tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Background in discrete aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Shipping, and Procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and maintain Oracle manufacturing modules and related solutions.
• Enhance and extend Oracle ERP/Cloud application capabilities to support evolving business and manufacturing operations.
• Build and support a strong user and superuser community through training, documentation, and guidance.
• Develop, test, modify, and troubleshooting Oracle applications using appropriate tools and technologies to meet functional requirements.
• Respond to enhancement requests and resolve break/fix issues promptly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Gather and document requirements for new applications or changes; work with cross-functional teams across sites on data mapping, testing, verification, training, and status updates.
• Provide level-2 support for deployed solutions and assist with planning and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
• Independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects, including mentoring less experienced team members.
• Proficient user SQL for analysis.
• Provide occasional weekend or off-hours on-call support for critical issues or scheduled activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
