Job summary

CQ Medical is seeking a Configuration Control & Change Management Specialist II to manage BOMs, routings, and product configuration across manufacturing ERP systems. You will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure accurate data and controlled processes.

The role emphasizes change implementation, data integrity, and cross‑functional support, with opportunities to improve processes and document controls in a regulated medical device context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Information Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of controlled information and change implementation processes.
• Ability to independently coordinate multiple change activities.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, QMS, and document management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex product structures, bills of materials, routings, and controlled information.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to implementation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies across systems, records, and documentation.
• Support audits and reviews related to data integrity.
• Coordinate implementation of approved changes across affected systems and records.
• Monitor implementation status and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Support training of junior staff on configuration control practices.
• Develop and update work instructions and process documentation.
