Job summary

Casper College is seeking an Enterprise Software Administrator to ensure the stability and integrity of its administrative computing systems. You will manage Colleague ERP, oversee security and data integrity, and collaborate with IT staff on disaster recovery and system upgrades.

The role requires experience with Ellucian Colleague, Studio/Envision, and SQL-based databases, plus strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer technology or related field.
• 1 year admin or enterprise software experience.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL/Oracle).
• Experience with enterprise level database systems (SQL).
• Strong planning, security, and software management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Colleague software including primary support for administrative computing functions.
• Support servers and software for campus access by students, faculty, and staff.
• Lead Ellucian Self Service module install, setup, and maintenance and ensure server health.
• Manage security classes for Colleague users and data integrity.
• Design backups and disaster recovery procedures; document patches and changes.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Data Coordinator on data-related tasks.
