Job summary

Casper College is seeking an Enterprise Software Administrator to ensure the stability and integrity of its administrative computing systems. You will support Colleague ERP, payroll, student registration and data access for campus staff and students.

The role requires technical leadership, security auditing, backups, and collaboration with IT teams to improve the enterprise software environment. Travel to conferences may be required, and occasional outside-hours work is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer technology or related field.
• 1+ year enterprise software experience; higher ed ERP experience a plus.
• Knowledge of relational database systems (SQL) and enterprise DB concepts.
• Experience with security principles and software management best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Colleague software for administrative computing.
• Provide primary support for payroll, registration, and student data access.
• Lead security and backup procedures, including disaster recovery planning.
• Perform system configuration, patching, and upgrades of enterprise software.
• Coordinate with ERP/SIS teams and attend user group meetings.
