Job summary

Cornerstone University is seeking a Senior ERP System Administrator to own the Colleague ERP environment, its security, and SQL health. You will optimize integrations, automate processes, and provide expert guidance across campus data ecosystems.

The role focuses on high-level system configuration, data integrity, and continuity, with on-call responsibilities to ensure 24/7 availability and robust disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years ERP or database administration experience valued.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Azure.
• Preferred: Ellucian Colleague experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily maintenance, configuration, and health of Colleague ERP and SQL environment.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes via low-code automation and workflows.
• Manage ERP–LMS data pipelines and integrations ensuring data integrity across departments.
• Provide technical support for external systems connected to the ERP and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor performance and manage installation of new modules or patches.
• Support reporting, data auditing, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery plans; on-call for critical issues.
• Escalate and resolve end-user issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
