Boeing Global Services seeks an ERP Employee Engagement Training Lead to steer training content development and end-user delivery for SAP S/4HANA adoption. This role can be located in Berkeley, MO, Dallas, TX, Mesa, AZ, Philadelphia, PA, or other Boeing sites.

You will plan training resources, collaborate with content providers, and lead user acceptance criteria to ensure a smooth ERP transition and high end-user proficiency across Boeing’s functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience creating effective training content for end users.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience briefing to executive and senior levels of leadership.
• Ability to build relationships with functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops with process owners and stakeholders.
• Define and develop detailed training and engagement plans for internal leadership’s familiarization and end-user communities for ERP adoption.
• Create user acceptance criteria and training content to support SAP S/4HANA cutover while maintaining business continuity.
• Capture feedback and capability gaps identified by end users and testing teams for ERP configuration.
• Collaborate with ERP Core team to maintain KPI and governance adherence.
• Participate in testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support for ERP deployments.
