Job summary

RSA Engineered Products LLC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP implementation and business analytics. You will collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to design solutions, develop reports, and ensure data flows align with financial and manufacturing processes.

You will work on EPICOR ERP, integrate data, and contribute to governance and data quality initiatives while enabling reporting and KPI delivery for production, finance, and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, manufacturing/industrial engineering or related studies.
• 2+ years IT experience with MS SQL Queries and Stored Procedures, SQL Server Management Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, ERP systems.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Set up and be part of ERP implementation in compliance with IT policies and ITAR/EAR considerations.
• Design and implement business solutions using EPICOR ERP for financial and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and continuously improve Business Analytics and KPI outputs.
