Job summary
TAS Energy, a Houston-based provider of advanced energy solutions, seeks an IT Project Manager - ERP & Business Applications to lead cross-functional enterprise software initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and analytics deployments, translating business needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications
- 5+ years managing ERP or enterprise software projects.
- Experience delivering ERP implementations or upgrades through full lifecycle.
- Proficient in Waterfall and Agile, including Scrum; able to tailor hybrid delivery.
- Experience coordinating requirements, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.

- Plan and deliver ERP and enterprise business applications initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with business functions.
- Governance, reporting, risk and issue management.
