Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP and enterprise business application initiatives.
• Plan and drive major projects and smaller changes, with clear scopes and timelines.
• Manage scope, resources, risks, and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate across IT Business Applications teams and business functions.
• Provide governance, status reporting, and escalation as needed.
• Ensure post-go-live stabilization and adoption of solutions.
