Job summary

Five Star Holding in Houston is seeking an experienced ERP and Business Intelligence Project Manager to lead technology projects involving ERP systems, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft infrastructure. You will manage project schedules, resources, tickets, vendors, risks, and stakeholder communications.

You will translate business needs into clear plans, review support data for trends, and provide management with practical insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, PM, or equivalent experience.
At least five years of technology project management experience.
Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, MS 365, Azure, and SQL.
Experience handling support tickets via ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft infra projects from planning through completion.
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, resources, and expected results.
Manage project schedules, priorities, dependencies, risks, and change requests.
Coordinate internal teams, business departments, software providers, consultants, and other vendors.
Manage technical support tickets and project-related requests.
Establish ticket priorities based on business impact, urgency, and available resources.
Monitor ticket aging, response times, resolution times, and recurring problems.
Review support and project data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Provide management with clear project updates, performance reports, and risk summaries.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, project tasks, and acceptance criteria.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, process improvements, and data projects.
Coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
Maintain project plans, meeting notes, decision logs, risk registers, and technical documentation.
Help establish project management, ticket management, and change-control standards.
Confirm delivered solutions meet business, security, performance, and documentation requirements.
