Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2-5 Years working in a team supporting multiple ERP and business critical applications
Experience in streamlining business processes and cross-team collaboration across multiple teams
Participated as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an ERP Upgrade, Migration, or Conversion project
IIBA Business Analyst Certification

Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering phase with focus in Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Service, and Inventory Management areas
Dive into complex ERP application steps and functional flows
Document complex business processes for end users to executives
Coordinate with multiple departments and functional areas in gathering requirements
Guide SMEs to submit properly documented software enhancement requests
Maintain up-to-date business process documentation related to development and enhancements
Train users and act as ERP application champion
Work with MIS Development on multiple projects and COTS implementations
