Job summary

The Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support our ERP footprint and future upgrades, collaborating with Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Service, and Inventory teams in Homewood, IL.

You will gather requirements, map end-to-end ERP workflows, document processes for varied audiences, and assist in training resources during deployments and system enhancements within the MIS Development and PMO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, IS, or equivalent).
• 2–5 years supporting ERP and business-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Service and Inventory.
• Document end-to-end ERP processes for multiple audiences.
• Act as guide for Subject Matter Experts on software enhancement requests.
• Prepare training content related to documented business processes.
• Collaborate with MIS Development on deployments and COTS products.
