Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies in Homewood, IL is seeking a Business Analyst to support our ERP footprint and future upgrades. You will work with Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Service and Inventory teams to align ERP functionality with business requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting complex processes, gathering requirements, and guiding SMEs in software enhancement requests. This on-site role offers growth within MIS development and ERP projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2-5 years working in a team supporting multiple ERP and business critical applications.
Experience in streamlining business processes and understanding process flows across multiple teams.
Participated as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an ERP Upgrade, Migration, or Conversion project.

Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering across Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Service, and Inventory Management.
Analyze ERP application steps and functional flows to support end-to-end business processes.
Document complex business processes for diverse audiences.
Act as guide for Subject Matter Experts in software enhancement requests.
Maintain up-to-date business process documentation relating to application development and enhancements.
Support ERP deployments and COTS product implementations.
