Job summary

YKHC Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to manage a full range of ERP-based accounting tasks in a regular full-time role.

The position covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries, with data extraction for reports and decision support. Training other departments on the ERP is also expected as part of cross training in payroll and AP.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP financial modules and procedures.
• Payroll and accounts payable processing experience.
• Ability to train staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor financial transactions within the ERP system (AP, AR, payroll, GL).
• Extract and analyze data from the ERP to generate reports and support decisions.
• Provide technical support and training on the ERP's financial modules.
• Cross train in Payroll and Accounts Payable.
• Verify timesheets, process payroll runs, and handle payroll disbursements.
• Enter invoices, match to POs, process payments, and maintain vendor files.
