Job summary

Educators Resource is seeking an Information Systems & Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge business operations and technology. The role focuses on improving processes, optimizing systems, and delivering data-driven insights through BI and reporting.

You will work across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to implement automation, ERP enhancements, and data warehouse initiatives, using SQL, C#, Python, and Power BI to drive strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, business analytics, or related field.
• 3–7 years in information systems, BI, or related tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Purchasing, Distribution, and Exec Leadership to understand objectives and challenges.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Develop SQL queries for reporting, analytics, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Design and support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions.
• Assist with development, automation, and system enhancements using C#, Python, SQL.
• Participate in API integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Develop automation to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity.
