Job summary

Jost International is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to drive BI reporting, data analytics, and process improvements. The role bridges business needs with technology, focusing on Power BI development, data integration, and ERP/SAP/EDI collaboration within North America.

You will work with Global IT and business teams to deliver data-driven insights, automate workflows, and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years in business analysis, BI, or related role.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect Power BI to ERP and other data sources; create data models.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Collaborate with Global BI/Data teams to source data.
• Assist in AI adoption and automation initiatives using enterprise tools.
• Support ERP/SAP and EDI related reporting and process improvements.
