Job summary

Dellbrook Construction is seeking a Business Process Analyst – AI and Process Innovation to enhance how departments collaborate by integrating business analysis, data, automation, and practical AI solutions. The role reports to the Director of IT and partners with leaders and end users to modernize processes and improve data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, technology implementation, or related work.
• Experience documenting processes, gathering requirements, and improving workflows.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, systems, and business data to identify efficiencies, risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current- and future-state processes, requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
• Define reporting, dashboard, analytics, and data quality needs with IT and business leaders.
• Recommend improvements that simplify and standardize processes, automate work, reduce costs, and enhance reporting.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, ML, and generative AI use cases to improve efficiency, data quality, or project delivery.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, prompts, pilots, and use cases with IT and business stakeholders from concept through testing and adoption.
