Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst in Earth City, MO. This full-time, exempt role connects business needs with technology by supporting ERP enhancements, system integrations, automation initiatives, and third-party applications.

Responsibilities include capturing requirements, drafting user stories, and coordinating with vendors to implement Power Platform, Boomi, and Docentric solutions. A related degree and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, technical analysis, systems, or ERP.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with technical documentation and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Experience with Power Platform, Boomi, or Docentric preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop and manage user stories throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support integrations using Power Platform and Boomi (iPaaS).
• Build, test, and deploy business templates through Docentric.
• Test ERP updates, integrations, and automations for accuracy, efficiency, and security.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Document business processes, workflows, system designs, and improvements.
• Identify business challenges and develop practical technology solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and vendors to advance projects and resolve issues.
