The Staff Pad is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst in Earth City, MO. This full-time, exempt role connects business needs with technology by supporting ERP enhancements, system integrations, automation initiatives, and third-party applications.

Responsibilities include capturing requirements, drafting user stories, and coordinating with vendors to implement Power Platform, Boomi, and Docentric solutions. A related degree and ERP experience are preferred.

In this role, the Technical Business Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions by supporting ERP enhancements, system integrations, automation initiatives, and third-party applications.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities
