Job summary

Technology Resource Group, LLC seeks an ERP Finance Applications - Financial Systems Lead in Auburn Hills, Michigan to oversee the operations, support, and lifecycle of enterprise Finance applications.

Lead cross-functional teams, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with Finance and IT leadership to advance AI-driven digital transformation and value creation through modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications, Finance systems, ERP, or related tech.
• Experience supporting SAP and/or other enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in cross-functional settings.
• Strong organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading through influence with diverse teams.
• Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Finance apps.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and SLA compliance.
• Manage incident, change, release processes to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement for user experience.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and procurement policy compliance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align technology with business needs.
• Provide visibility into programs, AI initiatives, and delivery status.
• Drive roadmaps and prioritization of enhancements and investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams on project delivery and integration.
