Job summary

RGP is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Management Consultant to lead end-to-end global finance transformation initiatives, spanning process re-engineering, automation, and technology enablement. You will liaise across Finance, Controllership, Engineering, Technology, and external partners to align systems and reporting with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise-scale finance and/or business process transformation initiatives.
• Experience in technology (SaaS, software, collaboration/ social platforms) is required.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives involving process optimization, technology implementations, automation, ERP, RPA, and/or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including planning, execution, governance, and full project lifecycle management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage ambiguity and risks.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across multiple teams and global locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance transformation initiatives including process re-engineering, digital enablement, and technology roadmap alignment.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Own day-to-day project delivery and build trusted relationships with finance leaders and tech partners.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to meet objectives.
• Communicate project strategy and escalate risks to senior leadership.
• Establish operating cadences and governance forums to maintain momentum.
• Measure outcomes using data and demonstrate business impact of initiatives.
