Job summary

The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS is seeking an Application Administrator to install and configure university applications, develop reports, and maintain interfaces. You will lead ERP and LMS configurations, create SQL-based reports, and train users across faculty, staff, and students.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT systems administration, experience with InfoMaker/PowerBI/Izenda, and a strong affinity for the university mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT program preferred.
• Three years of experience with SQL, Windows Server, AD, and SharePoint.
• Experience with InfoMaker, eLearning, Jenzabar EX or similar ERP and report tools preferred.
• Knowledge of common systems administration concepts and practices.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Affinity with the mission of the University of Saint Mary.

Responsibilities

• Lead/configure ERP, LMS, and related applications.
• Deploy and maintain systems; build interfaces to third-party software.
• Troubleshoot issues with applications, network, and ERP.
• Support ERP module managers; write SQL reports and create views.
• Support user reports using InfoMaker, PowerBI, and Izenda.
• Provide training on university applications to faculty, staff and students.
• Maintain data integrity and documentation; support business process enhancements.
• Participate in defining requirements and evaluating processes.
• Maintain user permissions and new employee account setups.
• Maintain student web portal; serve as SharePoint administrator.
• Monitor network and infrastructure knowledge; perform other duties as assigned.
