Job summary

The University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, KS seeks an Application Administrator to install and configure applications for the university information system, LMS, and related systems. You will build reports, develop interfaces, and provide user training, leading projects as needed.

The role requires SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory, and SharePoint experience, plus familiarity with reporting tools like InfoMaker, PowerBI, and Izenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred.
• Three years’ experience installing, configuring, securing, and managing SQL, Windows Server, AD, and SharePoint.
• Experience with InfoMaker, eLearning, Jenzabar EX or other college ERP and report-writing tools preferred.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in systems administration.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Affinity with the mission of the University of Saint Mary.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and maintenance of the ERP, LMS, and other ERP-related applications.
• Deploy and maintain university systems; build interfaces to third-party software.
• Troubleshoot issues with applications, the USM network, and ERP.
• Analyze business processes and use SQL to write reports and scripts.
• Support user reports against multiple SQL databases using InfoMaker, PowerBI, and Izenda.
• Provide training on university applications to faculty, staff and students.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and document procedures.
• Assist in defining business requirements and evaluating processes with form builder/form flow.
• Maintain user accounts and portal access, including SharePoint.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
