Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination.
• Preference for a bachelor’s degree, five to ten years of higher education enterprise application experience, and a related master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategic and operational planning for enterprise and administrative application systems.
• Manage and implement ERP systems covering Finance, HR, and Student.
• Oversee CRM, facilities, parking, and other administrative systems.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff who support these systems and monitor performance.
• Partner with institutional leadership and IT and administrative/academic departments on technology plans.
• Analyze and optimize applications, integrations, and performance.
• Communicate across IT units and administrators to support planning.
