Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in software/application support; ERP or supply chain software is a plus.
• Strong customer-service background and professional phone etiquette.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented with a track record of collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support via phone, email, chat, or self-service cases.
