Potter Global Technologies is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to provide end-user support for business applications across office and manufacturing operations. You’ll troubleshoot software issues, assist with access and functionality, and partner with external providers to resolve complex challenges.

You’ll work with Microsoft 365, ERP systems like Epicor/Sage/Oracle, CRM platforms, DocuWare, and IIS-hosted apps, while maintaining documentation and escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in corporate help desk or application support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user support for business-critical applications (Microsoft 365, CRM, ERP, DocuWare, IIS).
• Diagnose and resolve application issues with internal teams and external providers.
• Assist users with remote access and connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Support barcode scanners and handheld devices in manufacturing.
• Document issues and resolutions to improve the knowledge base.
• Communicate status and timelines to managers and users.
