• 5–8 years AMS in Engineering domain (Maintenance & Support).
• Experience installing, configuring, or supporting MS Office, Bluebeam, and Engineering apps.
• Strong troubleshooting across applications, databases, and hybrid cloud.
• Proven incident management for Sev 1/2 incidents; drive RCA and rapid restoration.
• Strong command of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).
• Adaptability to changes and re-prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues to non-IT staff.
• Experience with issue tracking and reporting tools.
