Prosum is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Analyst in Redondo Beach, CA to provide ERP-focused support. The role is contract-based with 2-3 days on-site per week, offering $40–$50 per hour and a 6–12 month duration with potential for full-time conversion.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and ensure ERP systems meet business needs. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on ERP application support experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, and vendor support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Partner with business users to understand issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate application problems, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementations.
• Manage application incidents, service requests, documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
