Job summary
Corteva is seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Lead to own the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data warehousing solutions. You will lead across SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure data platforms, aligning analytics with business goals and modernization efforts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise analytics, SAP BW/BI, reporting, or data warehousing experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for delivery quality and operational performance across internal teams and partners.
- Define and maintain the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital initiatives.
- Oversee data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality governance across SAP and non-SAP sources.
- Define data modeling standards across SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and related structures.
- Guide incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvements of the analytics platform.
