Job summary

Indiana Ag Connection seeks an ERP Analytics & Reporting Lead to drive data extraction, governance, and enterprise reporting across multiple functions. You’ll lead SAP BW/4HANA and cloud analytics initiatives, partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable value through data and analytics.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics and 5+ years with SAP BW/4HANA, with a strong focus on data platforms, governance, and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise analytics, SAP BW/BI, reporting, or data warehousing experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT design, and cloud analytics.
• Experience with SAP and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETL/ELT processes and SAP technologies for analytics workloads.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead enterprise reporting across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more.
• Drive analytics, AI/ML use cases with Databricks and SAP data products.
• Guide incident management and delivery from intake to delivery.
