Job summary

Corteva Agriscience seeks an experienced Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Lead to own strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise analytics, including SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere, Azure, Databricks, and Power BI. You will partner with business and tech teams to deliver secure, scalable analytics enabling trusted decision-making.

You will drive enterprise data standards, data governance, and modern analytics capabilities while aligning with cloud modernization and ERP transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise analytics, SAP BW/BI, reporting or data warehousing.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or delivery organizations.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, HANA Modeling, S/4HANA Analytics, CDS Views, ODP Framework, and Process Chains.
• Knowledge of data warehousing architecture, ETL/ELT design, Power BI, Databricks, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Analytics & Reporting Lead to own the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data warehousing solutions. This role will provide hands‑on technical leadership across SAP and cloud‑based analytics platforms, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Analytics, Power BI, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, embedded SAP analytics, and integrated SAP and non‑SAP enterprise analytics solutions. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, SAP functional teams, data teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, governed, and business‑focused analytics solutions that enable trusted decision‑making and support future modernization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage delivery quality and operational performance across internal teams, implementation partners, and run‑and‑maintain vendors.
• Establish technical standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
• Drive collaboration across ERP, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and business organizations.
• Build team capability across SAP BW/4HANA, Power BI, BDC/Datasphere, Azure, Databricks, and emerging analytics technologies.
• Act as the escalation point for complex architecture, delivery, support, and stakeholder alignment issues.

Enterprise Analytics Strategy & Architecture

• Define and maintain the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives that include future modernization and decommissioning activities.
• Establish enterprise data architecture standards supporting operational reporting, self‑service analytics, executive dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Design and oversee SAP BW/4HANA data models, data flows, transformations, and reporting solutions.
• Lead the evolution of the analytics ecosystem including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and related technologies.
• Ensure alignment between analytics platforms, enterprise data strategy, ERP modernization programs, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Drive architecture decisions balancing business agility, performance, scalability, security, and total cost of ownership.
• Establish enterprise semantic models and governed data products.
• Define data virtualization, replication, federation, and data‑sharing strategies across SAP landscapes.
• Ensure reuse of SAP‑delivered content, CDS models, and business content packages.
• Align analytics architecture with RISE with SAP and cloud transformation initiative

Data Integration & Analytics

• Lead integration efforts involving BW/4HANA ODP, CDS Views, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Analysis for Office, BEx, and related analytics platforms.
• Define and support the future‑state analytics strategy, including alignment with RISE with SAP, SAP Business Data Cloud, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and enterprise‑approved applications.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL/ELT), operational monitoring processes, and SAP technologies such as SLT and SDA.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Support enterprise reporting initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and other business functions.
• Establish patterns for advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases using Databricks and SAP data products
• Drive implementation of enterprise data catalogs and business glossaries

Data Modeling & Engineering

• Define enterprise data modeling standards across:
• SAP Datasphere Spaces
• BW Composite Providers
• InfoObjects
• Data Products
• Lakehouse Models
• Star Schemas
• Semantic Layers
• Build curated ERP data assets supporting:
• Finance reporting
• Procurement analytics
• Inventory visibility
• Manufacturing insights
• Transportation and logistics reporting
• Commercial performance metrics
• Govern master data consistency across SAP and non‑SAP data sources.

Application Support & Operational Excellence

• Provide leadership for incident management, P2 or major incident resolution, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Guide business- and IT-driven enhancements and projects from intake through delivery.
• Work with Run & Maintain vendor to ensure successful execution and monitoring of process chains, scheduled jobs, and data loads.
• Drive continuous improvement in system stability, performance, automation, and monitoring.
• Partner with Basis, Security, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams to maintain a reliable platform, including OSS note management, BW/4HANA upgrades, and release coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise analytics, SAP BW/BI, reporting, or data warehousing experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP BW/4HANA experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams, projects, or delivery organizations.
• Strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Modeling, SAP S/4HANA Analytics, ODP Framework, CDS Views, and Process Chains.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture, data integration, ETL/ELT design, Power BI, Databricks, and SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP BW/4HANA certification.
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Experience with Datasphere.
• Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Analysis for Office, BEx, and related analytics platforms.
• Experience integrating SAP and cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, GRC, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience leading large‑scale ERP transformation, S/4HANA migration, or RISE with SAP programs.
• Experience supporting advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning initiatives.

Technical Skills
