Job summary

TALENT Software Services in California seeks an analytics leader to evaluate demand, define KPIs, and design architectures across SAP Datasphere, Palantir, Power BI, Snowflake.

You will drive governance, tool selection, and roadmaps to modernize from legacy reporting to SAP ecosystems; collaborate with business stakeholders and guide multidisciplinary teams.

This role emphasizes architecture oversight, POCs, and scalable data solutions to enable self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rationalize analytics demand by collaborating with business stakeholders to assess analytics and reporting requirements.
• Perform feasibility analysis, define KPIs, and recommend optimal analytics solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise data strategy.
• Design end-to-end data and analytics architectures across SAP Datasphere, Palantir, Power BI, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration, scalability, performance, and governance across analytics platforms.
• Define analytics platform strategy and establish decision frameworks for selecting appropriate tools based on business use cases, governance requirements, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Evaluate and recommend analytics platforms such as SAC, Power BI, embedded analytics, and self-service analytics.
• Drive data governance and data product enablement across the organization.
• Define and implement: Business glossary, Metadata management, Security standards, Data governance standards, enabling reusable data products and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Provide architectural oversight for data and analytics initiatives.
• Conduct solution reviews, POCs, and architecture assessments.
• Guide development teams in implementing scalable data and analytics solutions.
• Develop and drive technology roadmaps for modernization from legacy reporting platforms to SAP Datasphere, SAP SAC, and Power BI ecosystems.
