Iowa Western Community College seeks a skilled IT specialist to support the Ellucian Colleague system and integrated third-party software. You will help end users, develop dashboards, and create reports to aid administration.

You will also test new releases, design training, and document procedures while maintaining strong customer service and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in an applicable role.
• Proficient in SQL, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiar with Java, C++, and Visual Basic.
• Strong research and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide software support to end users of Ellucian Colleague and integrated systems.
• Establish dashboards, metrics, queries, and reports for users and administration.
• Assist users in decision-making regarding codes, parameters, and reporting.
• Assist in testing new software releases.
• Develop and conduct user training.
