Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience in an applicable role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency using SQL (Postgres SQL preferred).
• Familiar with modern programming languages such as Java, C++ and Visual Basic.

Responsabilités

• Provides software support to end users of Ellucian Colleague administrative information systems, integrated third party systems and software written or customized by Iowa Western Community College.
• Establishes and maintains dashboards, metrics, query statements and reports for end users and administration.

Description

This position supports the College’s strategic objectives with innovative, effective uses of information systems and data structures and provides support to end users of the Ellucian Colleague administrative information systems and integrated third party systems.

Job Duties

• Provides software support to end users of Ellucian Colleague administrative information systems, integrated third party systems and software written or customized by Iowa Western Community College.
• Establishes and maintains dashboards, metrics, query statements and reports for end users and administration.

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
