Job summary

elite personnel is seeking a litigation associate for a highly specialized ERISA practice in Washington, DC. This role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, and involves significant client interaction and end-to-end litigation responsibilities.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience representing Taft-Hartley funds in federal court, strong writing and analytical skills, and DC Bar eligibility or admission.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds in federal court.
• Experience in delinquent contribution collection.
• Exemplary writing and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background.
• D.C. Bar membership or eligibility to waive into the D.C. Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle significant case-load and direct client interaction.
• Prepare demands, briefs, motions, and engage in discovery.
• Oversee document collection and review and prepare for trial.
• Collaborate with principals in a fast-paced ERISA practice.
• Participate in all phases of litigation.
