Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted.
• Experience handling ERISA litigation, employee benefits litigation, or complex commercial litigation at a sophisticated law firm.
• Experience representing plan sponsors, fiduciaries, employers, financial institutions, or service providers in ERISA disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of ERISA-related litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Advise clients on ERISA compliance, fiduciary obligations, and employee benefits issues.
