• Experience working with labor unions.

A renowned DC law firm, specializing in multi-employer ERISA and employee benefits law, is immediately seeking a skilled ERISA Compliance Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on Titles I, II and IV of ERISA, possess a working knowledge of the Taft-Hartley Act, and bring experience working with labor unions.

Core Skills:

The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on Titles I, II and IV of ERISA, possess a working knowledge of the Taft-Hartley Act, and bring experience working with labor unions. Candidates must be curious and vocal communicators with the ability to collaborate with peers and managers.
