The ideal candidate will be responsible for litigating a broad range of multi-employer ERISA matters, possess experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds, and be certified to practice in federal court.

The ideal candidate will have experience litigating a broad range of multi-employer ERISA matters, possess experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds, and be certified to practice in federal court. Candidates must be curious and vocal communicators with the ability to collaborate with peers and managers.
