Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 4+ years of Employee Benefits experience to join our Florida offices. You will handle health and welfare plans, retirement plans, COBRA, deferred compensation, and executive compensation matters for a diverse client base.

You will stay current on evolving ERISA and tax-related regulations, work in a collaborative team, and communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients, with a strong emphasis on service and results.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• 4+ years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Excellent analytic, writing, and verbal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience with health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, COBRA, deferred compensation, and executive compensation preferred.
• Stay current on legislative and regulatory actions in a rapidly changing area.
• Work individually and as part of a team.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.
