You will work on health and welfare plans, retirement programs, executive compensation, and related regulatory updates while collaborating with colleagues to deliver client-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Experience with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
• Strong analytic, writing, and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Experience with health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, wellness programs, COBRA, deferred compensation, and executive compensation preferred
• Commitment to staying current on legislative and regulatory actions in a rapidly changing area
