Job summary

Jackson Lewis P.C. in Florida is seeking a benefits attorney with 4+ years of experience to advise on health and welfare plans, retirement plans, COBRA, and executive compensation under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.

You will work on complex client matters, draft policy recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues to stay current on legislative changes while delivering clear, actionable guidance to employers.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of Employee Benefits experience.
• Excellent analytic, writing, and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to independently produce quality work product.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and matter management skills.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in employee benefits, including familiarity with benefits issues under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) and the Internal Revenue Code.
