Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience performing electrical resistance heat treating in industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, operation, and breakdown of electrical resistance heating systems.
• Execute post weld heat treatment (PWHT) and preheat activities in accordance with job procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of heat cycles, charts, and equipment logs.
