Job summary

CBRE Injury Prevention Specialist in North Reading, MA, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) on-site. You will implement Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, focusing on injury prevention and first aid for a large market area.

You will develop ergonomic training, analyze safety risks, perform initial medical assessments, and maintain records. Strong MS Office skills and data analysis are essential, with a commitment to CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

Experience applying ergonomic and safety practices in industrial settings.
First Aid, CPR, AED certification must be obtained within 3 weeks of start date.
Athletic training background (ATC) or safety certifications preferred.
Experience reviewing data to guide guidance for performance and compliance.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training on ergonomic practices and injury prevention.
Proactively analyze tasks for ergonomic and safety issues, including biomechanical assessments.
Deliver initial medical assessments for workplace injuries and determine escalation needs.
Maintain accurate recordkeeping.
Educate associates on proper movement techniques to prevent injuries.
Evaluate trends in injuries and develop training to address them.
Provide accommodation recommendations for employees with medical restrictions.
Engage with teams in operations and coach on safe work practices and behaviors.
Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Explain complex information clearly to others.
