Job summary

CBRE Injury Prevention Specialist in Westborough, MA is a 2nd shift, on-site role focused on implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across a large market area.

You will develop and deliver ergonomics and injury-prevention training, perform biomechanical assessments, provide initial medical response for injuries, maintain accurate records, and coach associates on safe work practices while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver ergonomic training programs for associates.
• Proactively analyze tasks for ergonomic and safety issues.
• Lead and coach on-site safety practices and proper body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping of safety activities and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate associates on ergonomic practices and injury prevention techniques.
• Proactively analyze tasks for potential ergonomic and safety issues, conducting biomechanical and ergonomic assessments.
• Deliver initial medical assessment to personnel who sustain workplace injuries or illnesses and evaluate escalation needs.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping.
• Educate associates on proper movement techniques to prevent soft tissue injuries and optimize body mechanics.
• Evaluate trends in soft tissue injuries and develop training initiatives to address identified trends.
• Offer accommodation recommendations related to job placements for associates with medical restrictions.
• Maintain a regular presence in operational work areas to engage with team members and provide real-time coaching on safe work practices.
