Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist for a 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm) on-site in Westborough, MA. The role supports Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across a large market area, focusing on injury prevention and first aid.

You will develop ergonomic training, conduct biomechanical assessments, perform initial medical assessments, maintain records, and coach teams on safe work practices while monitoring injury trends and guiding improvements.

Qualifications

• Ergonomic and injury prevention expertise required or strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering ergonomic training and safety programs.
• Experience documenting injuries and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic practices and injury prevention.
• Analyze tasks for ergonomic and safety issues and conduct assessments.
• Provide initial medical assessment and determine escalation needs.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping.
• Educate on proper movement techniques to prevent injuries.
• Evaluate injury trends and develop training initiatives.
