Job summary

You will develop ergonomic training, perform biomechanical assessments, deliver initial medical assessments for workplace injuries, and maintain precise records while staying embedded in operational teams to coach safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic practices and injury prevention.
• Analyze tasks for ergonomic and safety issues with biomechanical assessments.
• Deliver initial medical assessments for workplace injuries and determine escalation to external providers.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping of incidents and trainings.
• Educate associates on proper movement techniques to prevent soft tissue injuries.
• Evaluate injury trends and design training initiatives accordingly.
• Offer accommodation recommendations for associates with medical restrictions.
• Maintain real-time coaching in operational areas on safe work practices.
