Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at the Loveland site in Colorado. You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety programs, focusing on ergonomic training and engagement with associates to improve movement techniques and reduce injuries.

The role involves data analysis, workplace evaluations, and collaboration with the Site WHS Manager to implement targeted interventions and safe workflows across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state certification).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from AHA/Red Cross.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention initiatives within the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
• Design and deliver ergonomic training to associates and improve movement techniques.
• Analyze injury data to guide prevention strategies and partner with Site WHS Manager.
• Conduct comprehensive workplace evaluations and address hazards before harm occurs.
• Support emergency response and maintain safe work environments across shifts.
