Job summary
Amazon is seeking an experienced Injury Prevention Specialist to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in a Fulfillment Center. You will lead onsite injury prevention, ergonomic training, and proactive safety to protect associates and optimize operations.
Responsibilities include data-driven risk assessments, developing targeted interventions, and partnering with operations to embed prevention into daily workflows. Bachelor's degree and certification required; strong safety culture a must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state).
- Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certification within 3 weeks of start date.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping in an occupational setting.
- Experience with an industrial wellness program.
Responsibilities
- Lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety in a Fulfillment Center.
- Design ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
- Deliver ergonomic education and coaching to associates.
- Partner with operations to embed prevention strategies into daily workflows.
