Job summary

Lanco is seeking an Erection Department Coordinator to join our team in Illinois. This role coordinates, monitors, and improves field and shop service activities to ensure operations are efficient and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry for work orders to bill for services, efficient processing, labor and materials allocation, and setup of new customers. Emphasis on safety and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Oracle, Quick Portal and IEM preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data for all work orders is entered accurately to bill for services.
• Maintain efficient and on-time work order processing.
• Allocate labor and materials within the company.
• Process and set up new customers as they come in.
• Process warranty claims and expense reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in special projects or work as assigned.
